City Cop

It's a community alert social GPS that helps fight crime and protect people in dangerous situations. Through this collaborative platform, users can join forces by reporting crimes or unsafe situations and receiving real-time alerts on their phones. The tool launched in May 2014 and was well received in Uruguay and other countries in the region, such as Argentina, Chile, and Brazil, reaching 40,000 users in its first four months. By May 2015, the platform had more than 100,000 users.
