EviMed promotes continuing education for healthcare professionals through the use of ICT, aiming to close the gap between the creation of new scientific knowledge and its application in clinical practice. It offers a pedagogical innovation that supports and strengthens professional networks. Its goal is to become the leading provider of continuing medical education services in Latin America and the Caribbean, helping improve the quality of healthcare. EviMed's first product was EviDoctor: an educational software system for physicians who see patients in outpatient and specialty consultations. This system helps them organize their work better, share questions with colleagues and leading specialists, and exchange knowledge.
