Fermtech

Fermtech is a company dedicated to developing alcohol-free alternatives to beverages that traditionally contain alcohol, such as beer and wine. We use bioprocess engineering to create drinks with the same sensory characteristics as their alcoholic counterparts. We're currently on the market with Rebelión, Uruguay's first alcohol-free craft beer brand, available at more than 20 points of sale nationwide. We also continue developing technologies applicable to both beer and other types of beverages.
