Kuotia

Kuotia is an online gestoría (tax and accounting service) for self-employed people in Spain. You send your invoices however suits you (drag and drop PDFs, take a photo with your phone or forward the email) and we do the rest: we keep your tax books, prepare and file your quarterly VAT (form 303) and income tax prepayments (form 130), your annual income tax return and any other forms you need. Before each payment you know how much, on which day and from which account, and the filing receipt is in your account. If something is missing, we ask for it. If you are not registered as self-employed yet, we register you at no cost. Tax questions are answered by chat with your accountant. Two plans, no lock-in: General at €59/month + VAT, and Digital at €99/month + VAT for people who sell online through Stripe, PayPal, the App Store or Google Play. The service is in Spanish.
