Merit is an online service that lets HR consulting firms evaluate and rank candidates based on their leadership style and effectiveness through interactive games. The client sends candidates an email with a link to one of the games specifically designed to assess leadership. As candidates move through the different levels, the client receives a ranked list of them, with the option to view a detailed profile report.
